Payment & Shipping
VK PAYMENT PLAN
1. Our company’s payment plan consists of two options:
1.1 For Pre-Made and Custom-Made orders to begin the processing of your order, you will have to pay half of the price of the product, whereas the other half of the price will have to be paid after your order is ready to be shipped out. You could also pay the full price at once and we can begin the processing of the order after we receive your payment. You may chose the option depending on your preferences.
NOTE: Please be aware that if you choose to do your payment in two halves you will have 4 weeks to submit the second half of the payment. If you do not pay the full price within this timetable, your order will be cancelled and you will not be offered a refund.
1.2 For Ready-Made orders, you will have to pay the full price of the order and we will begin the shipping process after we receive your payment.
(Hence the terms “Pre-Made”, “Costum-Made” and “Ready-Made” as referred in Terms and Conditions).
2. The payment(s) can be done through:
Bank Transfers
The payment can be done from these types banks, Kosovan and international.
- SHIPPING POLICY
1. Our company will cover shipping fee for full priced items; whereas for dresses on sale, shipping costs extra. However, we do not cover any additional charges such as: VAT, custom fees and/or other duties specific to the destination country in order to receive your package. In such cases, you should contact your country’s Custom Office.
2. The shipping of the products will be realized during work days. For international orders it takes approximately 3-5 business days for your order to arrive at your destination, although at times your order may arrive sooner or later varying on your country’s Custom Department. In this case, you will be notified by our Sales Team that your order is ready for shipment.
3. The products will leave our store closed and with great packaging, including a safety sticker. We also do not take accountability for late arrivals for particular reasons.
4. Upon receiving your package, it is required that you sign it. If no one is available to accept your package at the time of delivery, you will be required to contact the Courier Offices.
- EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
Weather patterns all over the world can cause ripple effects when the packages are transported across different countries. This is also something that is not under our control.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform or comply with our obligations under these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
